Residents and visitors to Curaçao’s Capitol of Willemstad can stroll leisurely across one of the most unique structures connecting two landmasses. The Queen Emma Pontoon Bridge connects Punda to Otrobanda by way of a floating, movable, walk way. Such innovation allows these descendants of the Dutch to continue their command over water by foot and ship.
